Mesquite Divorce & Family Law Attorneys

Garcia-Windsor represents Mesquite families in Dallas County divorce, custody, and support cases. Our Bishop Arts office is about 20 minutes from central Mesquite via I-30 West.

Where Mesquite Family Cases Are Heard

Mesquite is entirely within Dallas County. Family cases are filed with the Dallas County District Clerk and heard at the George L. Allen, Sr. Courts Building at 600 Commerce Street in downtown Dallas, roughly a 20-minute drive from Mesquite via I-30 West.

Cases are assigned randomly among the family district courts (254th, 255th, 256th, 301st, 302nd, 303rd, 304th, and 305th). We appear in each on a regular basis.

Bilingual Boutique Representation

Our bilingual team is comfortable working with Mesquite's diverse community, including families with complex immigration and cross-border custody considerations. We take intake, mediation, depositions, and court appearances in English or Spanish.

Attorney Isabela A. Garcia's role as consulting attorney for the Mexican Consulate General of Dallas gives Mesquite clients direct access to consular protection and coordination through the PALE program where eligibility applies.

Consultations

Consultations are free and can be in-person at our Bishop Arts office, by phone, or by video. Call 214-466-6699.
